Shipping Terms and Conditions

  1. Shipping Terms Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout within the agreed timeframe, dependent on product availability.

  2. Shipping Delays and Rights We reserve the right to delay shipments due to severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the safe delivery of your products. In such events, we will provide timely updates.

  3. Shipping Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled after the shipping deadline as the necessary documents and arrangements for shipping will have already been prepared. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us before this deadline to cancel or postpone the shipment.

  4. Customs and Import Duties Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient, except for customers located in the US and EU countries where these are included in the cost. These charges are beyond our control and can be unpredictable.

  5. No Returns and Live Arrival Guarantee Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We guarantee that plants will arrive alive but not without cosmetic damages such as yellowing leaves. Claims for dead or severely damaged plants must be made within 6 hours of delivery by emailing us with photographic evidence. In the event that we deem a replacement is suitable, the customer may be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the replacement item.

Additional Note

  • Refunds: There are no refunds once an order has shipped.
  • Import Regulations: This page should not be used as a reference for plant import regulations for your country. While we strive to stay updated with the legislation and restrictions of most countries, it is ultimately up to the buyer to inform us of the steps needed for importation. Failure to properly notify us of necessary procedures or documents that leads to delays or destruction of plants will not allow for refunds or replacements.
