International Aroid Society (IAS) non-profit, global organization established in 1977 dedicated to the study, cultivation, and conservation of plants in the Araceae family (aroids). It acts as the official International Cultivar Registration Authority (ICRA) for these plants, ensuring standardized naming and registration for hybrids and species.

 

Our Story

Founded in 2019 in Thailand, our rare plant nursery was born from the shared passion of Gijs Lamers from the Netherlands and Thanthira Nok from Thailand Each founder brought unique perspectives and skills that quickly transformed our small venture into a globally recognized name in rare botanicals. Our commitment goes beyond merely selling plants; we strive to connect cultures and continents through our diverse plant offerings.

A significant part of our mission is our commitment to the future of plant science. We allocate a portion of our profits to fund botanical research, supporting initiatives that explore sustainable plant cultivation techniques and advance our understanding of the botanical world.
