Damage Claim Submission Instructions

Step 1: Confirm Eligibility

  • Check that your claim is within the 6-hour window following the delivery of your plants. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Step 2: Document the Damage

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged plants. Photos should clearly show the extent of the damage and include a view of the packaging if it contributes to the claim.

Step 3: Gather Required Information

  • Prepare the following details to include in your claim:
    • Order number
    • Delivery date
    • Description of the damage
    • Any relevant circumstances leading to or surrounding the damage

Step 4: Submit Your Claim

  • Use the link below to send us an email with your claim. Attach your photographs and include all the required information in your message. Please ensure that the subject line is “Damage Claim - [Your Order Number]” to help us process your claim quickly.

Step 5: Wait for Response

  • Our team will review your submission and respond within 48 hours. We may contact you for further information or to discuss the next steps, including potential replacement options.

Step 6: Resolution

  • Once your claim has been processed, we will inform you of the outcome. If a replacement is deemed suitable, details regarding the shipping and handling costs for the replacement will be provided.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure that all communications are clear and contain all the necessary details to facilitate a quick resolution.
  • Keep all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved, as they may be required for further investigation or evidence.
